As far as new expansions go, there is an article I found on a forum that has some really interesting hints. Google "WOW expansions up to level 100". It should be an MMO-Champion link. Now look at the 'Draenor' and 'Northrend' sets. Pretty much -spot on-. If all goes according to that list:3rd expansion: Maelstrom.-Level cap raised to 90 (ugh)4th expansion: Emerald Dream-Level cap raised to 100 (why god, why...)-Pandarens (ugh ugh) and Worgen(?) (woot!) playable5th expanion: Argus-No level cap raised. But there seems to be zones that might scale in difficulty although the level remains the same. This would obviously be supported by increasingly powerful gear.I honestly hope they dont wait for the 4th expansion to introduce new races. Thats what I really would like to see more than anything else.

As an aside, I think goblins would make a better playable race. Sure, they can't really take sides, but I thought of a good 'story' for them:A faction of goblins (lets just say Steamwheedle) back in Undermine were being attacked and etc by the other Trade Princes (all in the name of business, remember) after perhaps hitting it big somewhere. They basically get scared and chased from thier home, similar to the Darkspear, and are forced to ally with the Horde for protection. And profit.

I would bank on Goblins being playable before they'd ever think of Panderan. Yes, Goblins are neutral because they're greedy, but given the cutthroat nature of the trade wars in Undermine, I could easily see one prince getting pwnd and taking his clan to Thrall for protection. This would coincide with the Maelstrom expansion. Obviously, Alliance would need a race also, which brings me to......High Elves. There seems to be more Quel'dorei activity than ever before in WoW these days, I've noticed many more random High Elf NPCs walking around and not just in Dalaran where you'd expect them. You've also got the Silver Covenant flexing its might and the Hatfield-and-McCoy thing with the Sin'dorei is just needing a match to light the fuse at this point (witness the Mexican standoff in Crystalsong, which I have a feeling is going to be dealt with in a content patch). Perhaps it's just wishful thinking on my part as a Pervy Elf Fancier, but it's long past time HEs were playable. They seem to be if not a thriving race than at least one in marginally better shape than they were following the Third War and the schism. And for a Maelstrom expansion, I think it would be somewhat fitting to have three of the factions of former Highborne duking it out. With the Kaldorei just watching them muttering, "this is why we can't have anything nice".
