From a Lore perspective, how do DKs fit in with the Horde. This isn't a QQ about who or shouldn't have them, but rather when I did the quests starting the DK as Horde, we were killing the same people we did when I ran it as Alliance, and the only Horde person you killed was a part of the "A Special Surprise" quest. So it made the walk through Ogrimmar more annoying than anything compared to doing the walk through SW when you knew you deserved their hatred. With the Forsaken, I can see why they would want revenge of course, but as for the rest it doesn't really make sense. What did Arthas and the Scourge do that involved the Horde?

Think back to the Scourge's original purpose in WC3: it was to soften Azeroth up and pave the way for Archie and Friends to roflstomp the world. Obviously, the Legion didn't count on Arthas to /gquit and elope with Ner'zhul, but that doesn't change the fact that to avoid suspicion, Arthas made sure plenty of his fanclub were still at Hyjal trying to destroy Kalimdor and the rest of the world.Plenty of non-Forsaken Horde died at the hands of the Scourge in the Third War, specifically at Hyjal. Maybe not to the extent that Lordaeron and Quel'thalas suffered (and I don't think anyone could argue that). But still, Orcs, Darkspears and Taurens died to them. FWIW, though, I don't think the DK Walk of Shame has nearly the same impact Hordeside as it does Alliance side, for this very reason. While you might run into an Orcish citizen or two in Orgrimmar who lost someone, the likelihood is much higher walking through Stormwind that you find someone who not only lost family to the Scourge, but *everything*. It's a shame that quest is so tied into Faction leader as opposed to racial leader, because Hordeside I think it would have far greater emotional impact if you had to walk through Silvermoon or even Undercity. Thrall should come after that, or he should send you to Sylvanas or Lor'themar. Whichever way, it's lame that the two Horde races most victimized by the Scourge don't really get a part in the Horde version of the quest line just because their respective Dude and Lady are not Warchief.
