Disagree. 10:1 is a decent ratio, almost a bit low. You forget that EoH drop from heroics. A couple heroics = 1 EoV. Also, I suspect Ulduar-10 will drop EoHs. The gear will improve. Otherwise, what will Ulduar-25 drop?Tis a great idea, though. Already, Im swimming in EoHs that I can't use; who needs Frozen Orbs on Aman'Thul? :D I carried over 140 badges from BC, and I spent at least 500 badges on gear. Now? Useless.

Granted lower than 10:1 sounds great for gear, I don't want my 25mans to be in vain if people can just repeatedly run heroics to get the same level of badge gear as me. Eventually yes, you get those 25man drops that are better than badge, but there's some Valor badge gear that's top or near the top.10:1 at least. Blizz needs to stop dumbing it down for people. Raids are easy compared to BC/Vanilla.

@GridneoOMG, people running heroics can get your gear!Don't worry, you're still a really cool person and surely lot of people in Dalaran will say "WoW, that's Gridneo, the coolest guy running 25 men I know!!!1111eleven"

@ Sepgirah LOL, that's terrible. He makes a valid point, I've noticed that it's only the people that COULDN'T do high end raiding in BC that say crap like this. GG buddy easy peasy heroics = same loot as semi harder raids? No thanks =\ If you can't raid it you don't deserve it imo, get some ppl together and do the 25man, 2-3 hours a night 2 nights a week isn't muchm and that's naxx 25 clear. Enjoy your epics from the real work you did.

I am so sick and tired of hearing players whine about the supposed degredation of the game unless other players are deprived of the same gear/mounts/titles as them. In what other video game do you measure fun factor in terms of content you can deprive from other people? And secondly, this game is not hard. It never was and never will be. Aside from the Nihilums of the world, who routinely get first kills, the rest of you are reading from online strategy guides where each encounter is painstakingly spelled out for you in every minute detail, so you don't have to use a single brain cell figuring anything out. And this is against cartoon monsters with sub-par AI. So salute yourselves as geniuses if it makes you feel better, but know that your "accomplishments" are tantamount to taking a school exam with an open book and a cheat sheet on your desk. Brilliant. Now I'm sure some people will flame me and say, "That's because you didn't reach end-game in TBC." I raided both BT and Sunwell, pre-nerf, and even those weren't particularly difficult for anyone.People need to relax and realized this is a fucking game, and the point of it is to have fun. If you need to deprive other people of content in order to have fun, you most likely have emotional and self-esteem issues and you should shave off some hours of game time in order to go see a therapist.
