Healers (Holy Priests especially) often have a hard time on this fight because there's not a lot of chances for mana regen. But you can gear around it.

Holy Priests should be gearing for crit. Take the talents Surge of Light, Holy Concentration, Improved Holy Concentration, and Serendipdity. Once you get your crit built up, you'll get a lot of spells for no mana cost, which gives you a chance to go out of the five second rule. You can also pop Inner Focus after using a HC charge to get another free spell and stay out of the FSR longer. (If you use Inner Focus early, you can often get it back at the end of the fight too.)

Guardian Spirit is really useful during the frenzy.

Also, tell your raid leader that Replenishment is essential. It helps that it's true, you need a lot of mana to heal this and that's the best place to get it.
