I think making the dungeons easier is probally one of the best ideas blizz has done. For the past 5 years the hardcore players have been the only ones able to clear thru aq 40, sunwell, bt and etc... with ease while many of the other players havent even seen that content, its about time that everyone can step into naxx even if its in a pug.
