I think you should give the feint change the benefit of the doubt - there are a lot of fights that it can come in handy for in the future, as well as some fights right now (Loken), and even past fights.(Remember Void Reaver? That would have been so lovely for that...)Either way, it does make feint somewhat useful, even if it's not an on-demand 50% aoe damage mitigate.

I thought about Archavon and his clouds and spikes, when he hits someone else with them and they run mindlessly in a circle.Still, am I going to put it on my action bar, and better yet, use it once in a while? It's not really guaranteed...

I think a good rogue uses everything at his disposal, at least when the time is right. I can practically see it in a warrior's face when he's ready to Bladestorm, and if I have no other method of escape it'd be funny to evasion + feint, and see how much damage he'd do..

I often use Feint to reduce my aggro in 5-man instances. It depends on the tank (and fight) but sometimes my aggro is dangerously close to that of the tank...Not "every rogue" in this game exclusively play in raids and/or PvP.
