You've read my mind, I was typing pretty much the same thing....Regardless of weather you call it a scam or not, they are taking your money and providing absolutely no service whatsoever. This is a one way business model, you give them money, and they might give you money back. They can't provide any sort of service that will change the fact that you can't log in. Plain and simple, whenever somebody says that you can pay $1 and make $10, be very careful. What's worse here, is there is no guarantee that you'll get enough credits to even get real cash.Here's an idea, take the monthly fee that you would pay them, and put it in a savings account.
