I've had one for about a week and I'd say its about 50/50 with the comments above. The design isn't the most ergonomic but then again I've been using a Logitech mx510 for about 4-5 years now and it was quite an upgrade for me. The D pad is a little funky to use and the pinky button is allmost impossible to use right but the buttons on top come in great handy. My pinky and middle finger seemed kind of displaced but I adapted after a while and now its comfy. The scroll wheel is silent too, which makes for a much better experiance. Was it worth the 1oo I dropped on it? Probably not, but for some its more a woah factor than a use factor.
