Had one for a couple of days and so far (touch wood) it hasn't fallen to bits or buttons sticking yet, but i have had a few issues with the software.
I created a load of macros to assign to the buttons and created different profiles for each of my chars, it forgets them when you turn off the PC regardless if you save or not which is a ball breaker.
