I'm in a guild that consists mostly of IRL-friends, on Agamaggan-EU. We do meet the occasional really friendly, skilled and easy going player. We won't hesitate inviting them if they fit in well after running some PUG's. Eventhough we're all Dutch and thus speak Dutch in guildchat we do have a foreign guy (from israel) in the guild. He's really easygoing and enjoys going along on our guildruns through heroics and 10 man Naxx. We do tend to adapt to his needs and speak english when he's on. My point is that, eventhough we're not really looking for more people, sometimes you meet a rly cool person that can be an asset to your guild eventhough it's a tight group!
