A lot of the blame game needs to fall NOT on the guild who simply recruits the person coming from another guild, but also on two other things. Namely 1: The original guild that wasn’t satisfying the person’s needs and 2. The person who decided to go.The basic bottom line is that people pay to play this game and if they’re unhappy they should have every right to jump guilds especially if a offer is made to them. Offers tend to impress people that they’re being recognized - often times a feat that is ignored in the guild they’re coming from. Do I condone poaching? No, I don’t. But I’m also not going to be stupid and think I can force my members to stick around in a guild they’re unhappy with.
