I used to hate pugging people into a guild run. I always figured that if we had enough people online when the run started we should work together so we could refine our skills for raiding. Now I almost hope for there to be a slot or two empty in the group because my guilds asspirations have increased with the new content and want to start building the guild for a 25 man content group.I've been passively and actively rectruited my many guilds as a healer. People have asked me in the middle of raids where I was the pug, "So are you happy with your guild and if not would you consider joining us?" My only reply is, "Yeah I'm happy with being the guild leader, but thank you for wanting me to join your guild." If I ever get tired of being a guild leader though, I know exactly where to go to. :P
