As part of Ùnforgiven, [A] Arathor, we started out with only people we knew IRL. we pugged with a few people in heroics but mostly kept with the 5 starting members of our guild. As we pugged we met some very awesome people, instead of straight up "poaching" we would just tell the ones that impressed us that if they wished to take us up on our offer that there was a spot in our guild for them. after we got some more of those people simple word of mouth lead us to the majority of members that we have today, and I cant think of a single person we have recruited that has betrayed us yet.
