Sometimes a bug doesn't occur in testing and then does in live application. It happens.

If you didn't help test during this PTR cycle, you have no right to ask "what's the point".

do you know how hard it was to test anything in the ptr this time around...5 total players in wg , SOTA q was pointless no one joined....100+ players on but they were all running naxx or sitting in org/dalaran....
