What are you looking forward to in 3.0.8?

thehatfield @WoWInsider not that excited (my main is a hunter) but probably most looking forward to one shot mining nodes I guess.

one-shot mining and faster Hodir rep are my two main things from a convenience standpoint.
From a game play standpoint, I'm very excited for the range increase for Glyph of Holy Light.

I'm still mixed on one-shot mining. On the one hand, it means no ninja swipe of your node (unless you're fighting on top of it), but on the other hand it means no more slow creeping smile when you discover that the gold vein is a 4-banger!

As a Hunter I'm looking forward to re-speccing to SV. BM is great but can get boring after a while. I'll have to hurry though since we start NAXX25 at 7 eastern. Assuming realms are back up.....

I think this patch is lousy.
They've made Wintergrasp undefendable, thus ruining any reason to PvP there except to get your once a week 5-minutes vault runs in.
They've nerfed Hunters into near-uselessness. Volley is down 30%, which means Mages are gonna be replacing us in raids for Ranged-AOE on trash-mob packs.
1-tap Mining Ore Nodes. Sounds good, but if the respawn rates are not increased, it'll take forever to find a node.
Bah - wake me up when Uldar is released. I've got no reason to log in now since I got "Champ of the Frozen Wastes" completed.

The massive improvements in clam interaction. No longer will I have to dismount or break stealth to open my clams. I believe it will revolutionize the clam industry in WoW and bring a new golden age to clam lovers everywhere.

Reduced need for infinite dust to do some enchants is the greatest change for me. Other things are reducing the latency in naxx that kept our Raid Leader dissconecting and returning to check who died every 2 minutes in a boss fight and fixing Grobbulus so he will not be faster than the tank :)

1. TIE: Faster Mining.
1. TIE: DKs on any realm if you can make one.
3. Druid feral attack power tooltip on all weapons.
4. Slow Fall! (With that little minor glyph I'll be sending people over cliffs safely all over the place.) Watch for falling invaders from the Blacksmith!
5. DK Unholy nerfs (and I have an unholy DK)
6. Cooking Achievement fix
