There aren't any mailboxes in the sewers. There's a bank, no mail - with a mailbox there, there's no reason to go upstairs anymore!

Unless you want to interact with PEOPLE.

...needless to say, I have my hearthstone bound down there because the lag isn't QUITE as terrible as it is up top.
