Effort should be rewarded. Waiting and RNG should not.

On the one hand I agree with you, but on the other hand the mount is rewarded for time played in the game. Maybe Blizzard should just remove all that extra stuff you have to do during the holidays and stuff and just make it a flat out “wait 3 years” and we’ll give you a gift for sticking with us this long.
