I got annoyed in my guild when they did that to me. The warrior has more HP, lets use him as the main tank. Meanwhile the paladin is regulated to off tanking just cuz.

Not saying it's NOT a needed job, but having to off tank just because you're not a warrior is a pretty lame excuse in itself.
