Most experienced players look for an imbalance on a PvP server because it is more fun to PvP when odds are greatly in your favor. I am sure that the Horde players on Ravenholdt are having a great time making the underrepresented Alliance players lives miserable. IMO, PvP servers for Alliance players are never balanced unless they have a 2:1 or better advantage this is due to most younger and less experienced players roll Alliance.

My question to you is why in the world would you not transfer to a PvP server that is more balanced? It seems to me you have other issues than faction imbalance. You probably rolled a Rogue and stay stealthed at all times?
