Yes, and that's why two fights in Naxxramas-25 require Shadow Priests, or Disc/Holy Priests with a second set of gear that gives them shadow priest-like hit rating. Bring the player, not the cl--oops!

What are the odds you don't have 2 dps priests in a 25 man raid though? In a 25 man you should have 3 or so of each class theoretically so it shouldn't be a problem getting 2 priests with enough gear to MC.

Do you know how crappy priests are right now? Why would you bring them aside from these gimicks?

Draeth - pretty high actually. We certainly never have the shadow priests for the job. Fortunately the hit is easily obtained with quest rewards and the like. It's not like you need much other than the hit for the fight.
We usually have a couple of priests in the raid though, of course, and it's not that big a deal.
