Maintenance for Tuesday January 27th

Tomorrow we'll be seeing maintenance for all realms between 3:00 a.m. PST / 6:00 a.m. EST and 11:00 a.m. PST. / 2:00 p.m. EST. Ideally these things don't go over, but as you know, they often do. Look to posts throughout the morning on WoW Insider for updates.We know that there'll be a few bug fixes, which we posted about earlier. There is still no word if this will be a server side only fix or if there'll be a client side patch, presumably patch 3.0.9. Again, we'll get the news up on the site as soon as we find out.

You read it wrong. It's another 8 hour maintenance. And there's always the possibility of extended maintenance.

Or perhaps he does that more on other days, and Tuesdays being his free day he chooses to play when since he has the time. That comment about "seeing the real world" is very old and just getting to be very stupid.

Except that's not the right exploit. The bug that's being fixed is the fact that the warlock's summoning stone was removed due to an exploit, and the cooldown was left on it. Meaning warlock's can currently only summon one person every two minutes. The forum you posted is a trick using demonic circle, completely unrelated to warlock summoning spell.

Downloaded a patch

Dude, what a rip. It downloaded and installed the patch using the new launcher thingy but it DIDN'T show the patch notes. I love reading the patch notes.
The excitement of things that I may experience before I go to be tonight. The anticipation of new features that may or may not actually work. The online betting I do concerning wether or not the servers will be back up on time.
I want my dang patch notes.
