WoW Insider Show Episode 74: True opinions
Last weekend's podcast was an excellent one: Turpster and BRK were on with me, and we had a great time chatting with chatters, answering your emails, and covering the most popular posts of the past week. We answered some emails about the best Rogue spec to choose at level 35, the People in Chicago who Drink and WoW group (and don't forget to join the official WoW Insider page), and we talked about the 3.0.8 bugs and what's up with the Lunar Festival, going on all this week. And we have a great time throughout. Don't forget that we do the show live every Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm Eastern, so if you're around next Saturday, be sure to join us for the live show (and when you do, you get a free aftershow with us at no extra charge). In the meantime, you can hear this past week's show by clicking any of the links below, and listening in on the media of your choice. If you have any comments or questions or want to send us an intro to play, drop us a note at theshow@wow.com.
Thanks for listening as always, have a great week. Oh, and I almost forgot. Listener Traenall made this video after hearing Turpster's plans for gaining rep from the Timbermaw this week. Very funny.

fjord or fiord (fyôrd, fyōrd)
n. A long, narrow, deep inlet of the sea between steep slopes.
[Norwegian, from Old Norse fjördhr]

Guys...they were being Sarcastic about the pronunciation of fjord.
I prefer "Senior Editor" to "co-lead blogger".

In regards to the comment that you've never seen anything saying "these are the bugs that are known in the patch we're going to send you":
Pre wrath patch had known bugs, or at least bandages for things that weren't working as they were intended.
That further validates my point that since that pre wrath patch things have just been not up to blizzards standards.

How can some1 mispronounce Cenarious?
Some1 didn't play War3...

Cenarius*

Hmmm . . . I know they mispronounced fjord but . . . that, and what Lemon said above reminds me . . .
Many of us for whom WoW is the first Warcraft game may not know how to actually pronounce many of the names of places and NPCs. Especially where we should put the emphasis in certain words. Only after watching the Night Elf intro did I know that Teldrassil is pronounced TEL-dra-SIL, and not tel-DRAS-il.
So is it TAN-a-ris or ta-NA-ris? na-GRAND or NAG-rand?
It would be great to have a pronunciation guide (written is good but audio would be awesome).
Does anyone know if one exists? If not, maybe someone with the proper knowledge could make one?
