I have had major lag problems during 25mans and I have found that spending a little bit of time tweaking my performance really made a huge difference.

#1 Disable Death Knight voice modulation in your sounds menu. It's cool but it DESTROYS YOU in 25man.

#2 Download latest graphics drivers.

#3 Find a good warcraft tweaking guide (this ain't it). I run Nvidia so I found this guide useful (you will have to wait for the forums to come back tho):
