Blizzard last I heard (and this was a while ago, I'm sure they have a few hundred more now) they had over 1400 or 1500 workers. A LOT of them being in customer service, and a good portion in the normal technical aspects of a company. The developers and employees around that department make up a smaller portion of the company, although the most important part. If they cut costs and were downsizing at at all, it would be some of their customer service and/or account billing personnel and such.
