There is another change about Mages that was advertised but never came in the last patch. Yesterday I tried to create a Mercurial Stone and I had to go to an Alchemy Lab. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't that suppose to be eliminated?

Were the elimination of Alchemy Labs in the final patch notes? I'm not sure where to find the definitive patch notes, since they seem to be changing its contents constantly.

The change was: You can make flasks anywhere, without an alchemy lab. There was never anything about stones.
