I've experienced the same thing. I get a crapload of haste that I don't even want, while my hit is suffering somewhat.

I don't really care however, my overall dps goes up, but it's annoying sometimes when I don't have the necessary deadly poison on the target to get the most out of my envenom (usually on the first envenom because you don't have the envenom effect to help you stack it).

I don't specifically stack hit like I kno some rogues do, but it would be nice to get PHC soon so I can get more deadly poison on the target faster (not to mention the instant poison procs).
