MMO-Champion's Tier 8 preview video

It highlights the Tier 8 sets that can currently be found in the datafiles, which we've seen before but not in such a clear and simple video, with nice and (generally) neutral lighting. Death Knights, Hunters, Rogues, Mages, Warlocks, and Priests are highlighted, in that order. The last few classes don't have any skins (or hints of skins) buried in the game yet, so we'll need to wait awhile to see those. Out of the ones we can see, I'm not really sure which set is my favorite. They're all pretty cool and fit the class decently enough, except for possibly Hunters which is still cool but looks a lot like a Plate set for some reason. The Priest set is pretty amazing, so I'm definitely looking forward to getting my hands on it eventually.
If you're in a position to do so, I really recommend bopping over to YouTube and watching the video in HD, or even downloading the full thing via Rapidshare. The standard quality YouTube stream just doesn't cut it as far as making out the little details.
There's no sound or music in the video, which may or may not be a blessing. If you just don't feel right watching it without the wildly inappropriate (for the subject) music that plagues most WoW videos, you can just follow this Songza link and play that while you're watching the video. It'll be just like the real thing!

I'd like to see the paladin sets. I want to know if I can hope for an improvement over the "power ranger" look we have with T7.
The valorous isn't too bad, but for some reason the heroic T7 set reminds me of a robot boss from Mega Man.

Druid T7.5 isn't that cool either.
My helm looks like crap, I want something that looks cool.
Plus, green doesn't go well with my current tabard :(

I love the new pvp look. I'll admit, the paladin does look kind of lackluster, but it's better than the megaman suits. Mage pvp gear right now just looks downright badass. It's also much more practical looking, I was sick of having a disco party on my shoulders

oh, and macbook, you must be high on something. Druid T3 / T7.5 is one of the coolest looking sets in the game. I played a druid in vanilla, and I wanted it so bad >>

I despise the rogue helm. It really might be the most ridiculously stupid helmet design in the game.

Of course, if you hate the Rouge helm, you don't have to display it.
That said, I kinda like it. It's not great,I'll admit, but it really looks to my mind like the Assination tree made maifest. Very sinister, and perhaps just a bit mentaly unbalanced("Dude, check out my new skullcap!").

You don,t have to "bop over" to YouTube anymore, just hover over the "up" arrow at the bottom right corner, and click "HQ" for High Quality.
