In my opinion religion isnt about the rituals and writing of someone. its about learning and interpreting what they mean. so if you look at alot of religions these days you see that they all promote the same basic ideas:
Love, humility and respect.
so when this guy says that Wow can be considered as a religion, i would tend to agree. however, that said i would beleive that because of its varying audience some of it rules can be smeared by said audience because of how they conceive these rules.
Plus because of its population, i would consider it a semi-major religion due to the fact that 11 million like-minded players play wow, but never because of what it stands for.
