The baby spice one is stupid.
During the lunar festival we were all standing at the quest giver after killing omen and some noob (I rarely use the word but he truley was one.) Kept telling the 30+ people to move (about 20 of which were probably alliance whilst we were horde) I explained all you needed to do was shift+v but he refused and eventually started throwing baby spice out much to the annoyance of several players...
tl;dr shift+v is all you need when a draenei is sitting his ellek on a quest giver or w/e (tauren are too nice to do that on purpose :))

I was not one of the people annoyed, I couldn't care less... I kinda wish it was a longer buff :P
