Though I think these are probably fake, or at least doctored to compromise their credibility, there is something I think we are all missing. Many of these patch notes seem to follow things that were implemented before 3.0.2, like the kick damage. I remember seeing here on wowinsider during Blizzcon that 3.1 was finished. Can someone here at the site verify that?If that is the case, this may actually be the original patch notes for the very first 3.1 build. Many of the new things on here support that like more minor glyphs. I remember seeing comments from blues somewhere that they didn't want glyphs for 3.0.2 talents or the new level 80 abilites because they didn't want us to think the spell always functioned a certain way because we would learn the spell and add the glyph before we ever used it.I think it actually might be both. A little furblog dung mixed with some notes that may be dated that someone was able to get their hands on and decided to pass along. Even with that being said, that means the actual credibility of the notes is extremely suspect and likely to be false, but then again if 3.1 has been done for months like was confirmed at Blizzcon, there would have to be notes floating around somewhere right?
