I not only have to logout inside of an inn, but I need to /lie on whatever they have to offer before I /sleep.

I do that too. And a lot of times I'll keep standing up and repositioning myself if there's no one around and I ended up laying on the bed/cot weird.
I'm a lock so I'll also put my pet on "stay" in some place off to the side. When I was still Demonology I'd put my Felguard facing out like he was protecting me.
I feel like such a nerd for admitting that. ;D

^This. I HAVE to log off at an inn, even though im 80 and don't need to.
Other things: jumping into instances, jumping when mounting a flying mount, polymorphing all critters into turtles, dropping everything im doing (even escort quests) for profession gathering, compulsively greeding on everything in instance runs, /sillying next to afk players to see if they notice (or making my character create other obnoxious noises), using Elune's Candle and the Crashin' Thrashin' Racer everywhere. Above all else: calling upon the power of Archmage Vargoth through his staff before ANY boss encounter (for good luck, really...his arcane luck powers are amplified by my Kirin Tor Familiar)!
