On 25-man if you don't have really good dps or heals, you need to use Widow's Embrace. I know some guilds can just power through, but to do the fight "as intentended," you need to MC the an add and sacrifice it.
The same goes for Raz. If you had massively geared tank and heals, it would be theoretically possible to avoid using Mind Control, but I have not seen anyone at that gear level or near it yet. No tank can roll 75% damage reduction, so I seriously doubt that fight is realistically possible without 2 priests.
Mages gives the 10% crit debuff. Either Imp Scorch or Fingers of Frost (or something like that).
If you always run with an SPriest and everyone is hit capped on their own, your raid is throwing away DPS for no reason. This is especially true if you have Moonkin speccing into the redundant IFF talents.
That 78 wasted hit could easily be 68 haste or crit for every single one of those casters. That's like asking all of them to run with an empty trinket slot for no reason (which they almost literally are if they still use Mark of the War Prisoner). Not utilizing and planning around your buffs is sloppy raiding.
