The usual suspects of Ysera, Alexstrazsa and Nozdormu are united but Deathwing is being his usual antisocial self not counting the few members of the black flight knocking about in Wyrmrest. Sartharion and the eggs' story is described in Night of the Dragon (though it makes no effort to explain why the eggs are there, just what they are) but look up "sinestra" on wowwiki if you don't mind spoilers. Sartharion is crying out for a quest to explain what is going on, even if you have read the book
