So basically instead of admitting that they blew it bigtime with the CoH nerf they're going to muck around with a bunch of other stuff and call it a day?
Divine Spirit being baseline, that's their answer to the Holy priest utility issue? Are you kidding me? So now your mana battery spriest can more easily bring BOTH mediocre priest buffs, not that anyone cared much about DS anymore anyway.
The PoH change could be nice, but there's no way it will be. CoH/WG were nerfed into uselessness to ensure Shammy AoE heal dominance (their 'niche', for better or ill), PoH isn't going to be buffed sufficiently to directly compete. I'm guessing a cooldown is in PoH's future.
As for Serendipity, getting rid of the mana effect would blow, bigtime. Serendipity was supposed to compensate somewhat for the loss of downranking, it's poor compensation but at least it's some. Yeah there are many situations now where mana isn't an issue, but there are some where it is and if we ever get to real content (a big 'if', granted) you can expect to find your mana bar is never enough. Frankly I'd be a lot happier if they left Serendipity alone either way, there are a lot more logical places to put a cooldown reducing effect (like, say, a talent that already reduces the cooldown on an important heal?).
This all might be great for disc or shadow, I don't know, but for holy I'm not seeing anything to be excited about and there's plenty to be nervous about -- the history of priest 'fixes' is not a pretty one. When more details emerge that might change, but for right now?
Be afraid.
Be very afraid.

I doubt they would actually get rid of the mana component. And for that matter a sheer replacement doesn't make sense either. I mean you're going to increase haste when you get an overheal? Getting an overheal is a situation when you need haste the LEAST. Instead I think this was intended to address two issues. One is single button spam. Weaving spells is more interesting. And the second one (which was brought up on WoW Insider) is that gheal is sort of... dead. It's still a great spell but it just takes too damn long to cast. If the tank is below 50% I almost feel like I'm rolling the dice casting a gheal. So with spell weaving, getting haste for when the crap hits the fan, and a mana refund to compensate for loss of downrank that should all work out pretty well.
If the refund mechanic goes away I'll have to adjust my playstyle again I guess. I always try to shoot for 10% overheal.
