Making PoH group-targettable means it'll be like CoH pre-3.0. No biggie.

The heal per second of PoH after serendipity changes may make it beat chain heal the way CoH did before the cooldown - can't have that!

It might lead to a nerf of the base healed by PoH - which would stink.
