Around Azeroth: A wing and a prayer
To quote our own Michael Sacco, "the face-melter has become the face-melted." Priest Aesedai of <Apotheosis> on Eldre'thalas snapped a screenshot while doing some impromptu bungee-jumping off one of the Storm Peaks. Eliah reports that she's using Guardian Spirit and Levitate here, which was helpful because I could never level a priest. In much the same way, I could never finish the series that Aesedai named herself after because the plotlines became ridiculously confusing around book six. Hmm. I give up easily. Maybe I need to acquire more + STAM gear.
Do you have any unusual World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see it on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, double-mounts, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.Filed under: Screenshots, Around Azeroth, Galleries

I hear you about the WoT confusion. I had to read the books over again when some of the later ones hit the shelves just to refamiliarize myself with the all of the plots. I really enjoyed that series though. =D

Totally OT, but you invited it :)
Mr. Robert Jordan, author of the first 10 wheel of time books, died and handed over his notes on the next book which will end the series, read several large sections of that book he'd written, and had several meetings and discussions of the book with another author, Brandon Sanderson, who will "finish" the book and get it published.
Mr. Sanderson is pretty good in his own right, and I like the 2 Mistborn books of his I've read and another book by him called Elantris.
So the series ends, supposedly most of the dozens of loose ends get tied up, and maybe it won't all be about hairstyles and clothing.
Now if only George RR Martin would pull his thumb out and get his next Fire & Ice series book out ;)

You hit the nail on the head here, this is why I can't stand reading WoT books...the amount of describing everything to the smallest microscopic minuscule detail. I just couldn't take it.
