Mana regeneration changing dramatically in 3.1

Some how, I'm not thinking this is going to be a good thing. I've been on raids where for some reason or another, a healer has run out of mana. It happens for various reasons. I just see this as something that may be a bad thing. I'm working a druid right now at level 30, and this has me a bit worried.
