LOL 7 healers???? Tell your raid leader to l2p. We bring 4 or 5, and we are still fighting for heals. I dont mind any of the healing changes even as a holy paladin (who is getting the biggest nerf). It will suck for PvP, but for PvE we will just have to be smart about when we use Divine Plea instead of using it on CD, and on some fights I am sure I will still be using it on CD.
