My main character is named Khanus. I pronounce it KAH-nus, but some people have a problem and end up pronouncing it Kaynus. I usually let that pronunciation go, as it's not too far off. What gets me, though, is recently there has been an outbreak of people calling me Kansas, for no conceivable reason other than their text is too small on screen and can't read it.

I think "kayness" would really bother me, because of it's rhyming counterpart.
