I admittedly haven't looked into this on the forums or anything, but I'm having the same issue with Shadowmeld. At least one mob doesn't give up on me. I'm still able to SM+Flight due to latency, but I enter back into combat fairly shortly after Shadowmelding. I just assumed that I don't have great stealth, but it's nice to hear that it's a bug, even if they don't know where it is.
