Vanish failing against a target dummy. In spectacular HD, allowing you to see the combat log.

Myself, I'm usually pretty relaxed when PvPing and PvEing, so when vanish bugs I usually look upon it as another chance to tell a highly entertaining story about me dying in embarrassing ways.
