As a friend of a druid who always complained about inability to block, I totally understand Savage Defense.
Read it like this. "Whenever a druid in bear form crits, they block 25% of the next attack on them"
As someone who plays both a warrior and a Disc priest, the bubble-rage changes are a big plus. I don't stance-dance enough to care that much about the rage changes, though they seem nice.
And the block/dodge/parry rage changes are huge for itemization, in that they make avoidance more useful to a tank.
I also love the Sunder changes, but I don't pvp often enough to care about how that changes our ability to kill clothies.

I didn't interpret it as a 25% block for next hit. It's a block of dmg = 25% of druid's ap on next hit, regardless of how much dmg that next hit would do. So if you crit and have 3k ap, you get a 600 block on the next thing to hit you, even if that next hit only does 25 dmg, you use up that whole 600 block. Will be especially useful on bosses tho.

Sorry for double post, just realized my math was wrong. 750 block not 600.
