The only change I don't particularly like is the Sniper Training change.

I don't like standing still, basically, and six seconds is a long time to stand still to get a buff... count 6 seconds out loud... how often do I get to stand still that long? Not terribly.

MM is looking tastier, though, I may go that route anyway.

That 6 seconds would only work in cases where you can stand still

picture in a raid where you have to move like OS, or the Thad fight, or in Nexus with the last boss

what happens if you stand still for 6 seconds on the last boss in Nexus?
