I find that the military necklace, the pvp bracers, and the fast reactions are better. The necklace at least gives some armor, I know not the multiplier. But the fast reaction gloves are better in any sense unless you need the bonus, which I think is crap unless you need help holding agro. But, gloves have always been the weak piece from the tier sets imo, so I don't see it as a surprise we wouldn't be using them. And with these 3 pieces that I use over your 'best of' I'm at a self contained 33,277 life and 40.32 dodge, with the only piece I'm waiting to replace is my helm, and I have to wait for 40 wg's.
