Seems a bit stupid to me. Where is the murloc with a wizard hat for every participating pve player?

Does it cost extra to play the tourney realms?

Wasn't it around US$20 last year, or thereabouts? So it's not really a free pet - more like buying one of those trading cards for a cool item.
