Around Azeroth: Where the wild roses grow
Since Valentine's Day is this weekend, I've decided to spend a couple of days featuring V-day shots. Whether you're part of a happy couple, part of an unhappy couple, or a singleton who walks around mocking overly saccharine couples, feel free to submit your Valentine shots. This lovely bouquet of, er, roses comes to us from Ragnaron, GL of <Prophetic> on Malfurion, and his guildmates Sinoria, Ibeaturfunra, and Pottietang. While farming Coilfang Pens, they found that the slaughtered makrura made a pleasing pattern and decided to use their bodies to add a stem. Leave it to a warlock to come up with a bouquet of dead crabs for a Valentine's gift.
Do you have any unusual World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see it on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, double-mounts, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.
Love is in the Air and on WoW Insider. Check out our continuing coverage of the event and our guide to earning the achievement. And you better hurry; the holiday only lasts five days!

We had something similar recently when I was doing a quest catch-up run in Halls of Stone, and the T7/7.5 feral druid tank pulled an instance worth of golem elementals, which all died very nicely in a concentric arc roughly where his swiping action was.

Oh dear Goddess - now we have to deal with leveling and gold spam in WoW Insider as well?
Go away. Go far away. Go die under a bridge. Horribly. In agony. Alone.

kk - that wasn't in reference to the pic, but to a post which has been deleted.
That'll teach me to reply to trolls, spammers and their ilk!
Cool picture indeed, btw - I had something similar with a crapload of trees and flowers in Bloodmyst Isle the other day while leveling up an alt I'd forgotten about. They were in a circle around me and a top-down shot made it look like a daisy :-)
Snapped a screenshot, but that was also before my computer decided to frag itself and force me to reinstall XP (and everything else) from scratch...oh well.

Love the title. Nothing says romance like a Nick Cave song about murder. :)

Why is the warlock not laying down in line with the rest? And why is his pet out? Totally ruined this neat shot.

We were out of alignment because we figured no stem is true straight, as for the same reason our guy on the bottom is backward, his leg sticking out made a neat thorn. As for the Imp, well, you know Imps and their egos. He would totally never forgive me if I left him out of the shot.
