One Boss Leaves: Meathook gets spiked

Last week's Two Bosses Enter ... One Boss Leaves deathmatch saw King Ymiron handily dispatching Drakkari Colossus. This week, Ormorok the Tree-Shaper (The Nexus) chops down Meathook (The Culling of Stratholme), as readers dodge gameplay mechanics to really get into the swing of theorycrafting.
Crowfoot sums it up (with a good geek reference, to boot): "I voted for Ormorok but think there are some real random factors in this from Ormorok. I don't think Disease Explusion would be reflectable, but the chains should bounce right off and mulch up Meathook. But is he going to reflect enough of those chains? How are the spikes going to be placed? All the same, they've both got some hard hitting abilities but advantage goes to the guy made out of rock.

This outcome was predictable. Meathook just isn't that popular.
Everytime I run CoS, Meathook's wave always feels the same as the other waves. So after clearing him, it's like "Oh, there was a boss in that group?" He's just not as memorable as Ormorok.

Yeah Meathook does sorta blend in with the crowd in CoT. And doesn't have that much of a boss feel to it. That alone to me shows his inferiority.

The problem I have with Meathook is that he is just like the other Patchwork contructs. Big, stupid, and lacks proper grammar skills and sentence structure. However, that being said, I do, in fact, like Patchwerk, because he sounds meaner and I get to stand there and work him like the punching bag he is! :D

As a healer who never actually targets mobs/bosses, he is so trivial that I never even know when we down Meathook until someone asks "did you get your badge yet?"
