The amount of hit you have to put on this spec to make it worth is just the amount of spellpower you can put on frostfire to make it almost the same or even better dps and if you end up raididing on a bad day with no spriest or boomkin for the hit debuff its even more terribad.

I'd like to hear more about it, is there anyone that reached the hit cap for this build alone all the way up to 17% stacking hit on your gear and can for sure say that this extra hit wouldn't be put to better use if turned into spellpower for FFb?
