I was wondering about that... Will ToW count towards freeze effects?

ToW is for chilled or slowed targets. so adding a chill with that tier one talent does cause it to increase attack power. i however am rather fond of my slow over the chill due to how much easier it is to kite with and how annoyed others get in pvp by it.i do however miss my pom+a-power :( it was rather nice to be able to popshot arcane blast for 5k+ and follow it up with another overpowered arcane popshot. ill never get to see how that wouldve worked at 80 since my mage was at 70 prior to 3.0.9... but 5k+ for lvl70? thats just brilliant!*sighs* i have a feeling the arcane/frost spec will come back into play come 3.1 due to all the bizarro spirit changes and unannounced changes. what i was seeing in the changelogs that they WERE clear about, they are doing a lot of talent shuffling come 3.1. i wouldnt be surprised if some tier 7 and 8 things end up in tier 2 or 3. at any rate... i think this entire column was filler and unthoughtout excitement. a lot of these specs will be gone come 3.1, then we will see yet another post on what specs are 'hot' for dual speccing.
