I'm not sure about your aoe frost build there - Seems rather fishy to be taking Frostbite for that purpose... There are also some oddly placed talents like reduced spell damage taken, and any aoe farmer worth their salt isn't going to go around aoe'ing casters! Better to toss some of them points elsewhere.
